MLSBot pulls from the ACTRIS MLS (Austin Central Texas Realty Information Service) via MLS Grid. This is the same data you see in Matrix — 1.17 million+ listings including sold properties, photos, and private remarks.
What areas are covered?
Currently the Austin metro area — Austin, Kyle, Buda, San Marcos, Seguin, Dripping Springs, Pflugerville, Round Rock, Georgetown, and surrounding communities. We're expanding to additional Texas markets soon.
How does the comp scoring work?
MLSBot scores comparable sales based on proximity, square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, year built, lot size, pool, subdivision match, and market conditions. The top 5 highest-scored comps are included in your report.
Can I customize the branding on reports?
